Everything on this website is general information. It doesn’t take your personal circumstances into account and isn’t credit advice. We give advice only after we understand your situation, and only through your broker.

3. BRIX Blueprint and calculators

The BRIX Blueprint and our calculators are indicative only. They rely on the details you enter and on assumptions that may change. They aren’t a credit assessment, a pre-approval or a loan offer, and lenders apply their own criteria. How we handle what you enter is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. How we’re paid

We’re usually paid a commission by the lender when your loan settles. Our Credit Guide explains how we’re paid, and we’ll give it to you before we provide credit assistance.

5. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information, use this website lawfully, and only share someone else’s details with their permission.

6. Our content

The content, design, BRIX name and tools on this website belong to Brokr Bettr or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use, but not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

7. Links to other websites

We may link to other websites, such as lenders and government services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.

8. Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information.
